Expertise in Personalized Psychiatric Care
Bethany has extensive experience in pharmacology and enjoys educating her patients about how their medications work within their bodies, fostering an understanding of their treatment plans and empowering them to take an active role in their care.
She believes in the power of collaboration and enjoys working closely with other members of her patients’ care teams, including therapists, psychologists, neurologists, women’s health specialists, and primary care providers. This collaborative approach ensures that all aspects of a patient’s wellbeing are addressed.
While medications play an essential role in managing mental health, Bethany also emphasizes the importance of building long-lasting, healthy habits. She believes that true mental wellness is achieved through a holistic approach, which incorporates not only pharmacological interventions but also lifestyle changes, coping strategies, and emotional support.
Bethany is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest research in psychiatry, using evidence-based practices to guide her treatment plans, and continually refining her approach to offer the best care possible to her patients. Bethany’s goal is to help each individual achieve mental wellbeing, not just through medication, but through a comprehensive, supportive treatment strategy.
